Terms & Conditions – Login4D Platform Usage Guide

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:

• "Login4D" / "Platform" — refers to the login4d.best website and all services offered through it, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpots and other games.
• "Member" / "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at login4d.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access login4d's services.
• "Funds" — refers to the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) cash balance held in the Member's account.
• "Betting" — refers to any betting or gaming activity involving real money on the login4d platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any additional credits, free funds, or other advantages granted by login4d to a Member subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" — refers to the number of times a Member must wager the bonus amount before becoming eligible to make a withdrawal.
• "KYC Verification" — refers to the Know Your Customer process for verifying a Member's identity using valid identification documents.

To register and use the login4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Must be a valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Must not be subject to any prohibition, restriction, or court order preventing you from using online gambling platforms.
• Acting on your own behalf and in your own interest — not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Account registration on login4d is free and open to all individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.

One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on login4d at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — for the purpose of abusing bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without notice.
• Forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held in the account.
• Permanent ban from the login4d platform.

Account Information Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Login4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

KYC Verification: Login4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport, or other valid identification) at any time, particularly when processing large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Login4D accepts deposits via the following local Malaysia payment methods only:

All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending verification.

Members may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Depends on your account tier and KYC verification status.
• Withdrawal methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit (anti-money laundering principle).
• Processing time: Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via FPX are processed within 30 minutes. E-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes.
• Identity verification: Login4D reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 24-hour period.

Login4D is not responsible for any withdrawal processing delays caused by technical issues on the part of banking or e-wallet service providers. If your withdrawal takes longer than the stated processing time, please contact login4d customer support for an immediate review.

Login4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set for each promotion.

General Bonus Principles:

• Bonuses may only be credited to eligible accounts in accordance with the relevant promotion terms.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount — meaning if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, Sports Betting at odds of 1.50 and above contributes 100%, while bets placed at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Login4D reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud, abuse, or the use of multiple accounts.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated specifically in the relevant promotional offer. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of their validity period.

The login4d Sports Betting section covers over 200 leagues and tournaments, including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), BWF badminton, e-sports, and many more. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Minimum bet: RM 1 per betting slip.
• Maximum bet: Depends on the match type, odds and your account tier. Limits are set individually for each market.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in Decimal format. The odds shown at the time you place a bet are the odds that will be used to calculate your winnings, regardless of any odds changes after the bet is confirmed.
• Cancelled matches: If a match on which you placed a bet is cancelled or postponed and not resumed within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the funds returned to your account.
• Postponed matches: For matches that are suspended and subsequently resumed, the final result as recorded by the official governing body of the relevant tournament will apply.
• In-play betting: All in-play betting results are final once confirmed by the system. Login4D is not responsible for any score update delays that are outside our control.
• Odds errors: Login4D reserves the right to void bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error. In such cases, funds will be returned in full to your account.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure the fairness and randomness of every spin or hand.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the login4d platform and may result in immediate account closure and/or legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration.
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tools that enable automated interaction with the platform.
• Player collusion in multi-player games.
• Use of a third party's credit card or a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Any activity that may be classified as money laundering or illegal financing.
• Selling, transferring, or moving account funds to another player's account.

Voluntary Account Closure by Member: You may close your login4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5 business days.

Account Closure by Login4D: Login4D reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict the account of any Member if:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member is found to have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The Member failed to complete the KYC verification request within the specified timeframe.
• There is account activity indicating signs of problem gambling or a need for responsible gaming intervention.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, login4d reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the funds in the account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Login4D provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, login4d is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from your betting or gaming decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

Login4d's total liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of actual deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Login4D believes that online gambling is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed responsibly. We are committed to providing a safe environment and supporting Members who may be experiencing gambling-related issues.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — Set a limit on the total amount you can deposit within a specified period.
• Loss Limit — Limit the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit — Set a daily limit on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account and self-exclude from re-registering.

• A notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
• An in-platform notification upon your next login.

Continued use of the login4d platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 11. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the login4d platform will be resolved in accordance with the following procedures:

1. First Stage – Internal Resolution: Contact the login4d customer support team via email at support@login4d.best or live chat. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 5 business days.
2. Second Stage – Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated to the login4d senior management team for review within 14 business days.
3. Third Stage – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005.

During the dispute resolution process, Members are not permitted to seek a court order to freeze or restrict login4d's operations unless all internal resolution stages have been fully exhausted without reaching a settlement.
